TERR107: "Lethal Bigotry" is the bracing debut album of mechanized clangor from Seeli K aka Failed to Reach. Six years after scattered compilation contributions and the first outing on the label, they return with their unmistakable socio-political fervor more pulverizing than ever.
Failed to Reach lives up to every letter of the headline, forcing the listener to undergo a volley of unpleasantries in the virulent power-electronics-meets-techno coercion of "Lethal Bigotry", then schooling them with the metallic clatter and syncopated floor-filler that is "Dehumanized", before decelerating to "M/F", a shrill stomper brimming with binary dismantling discordance. The pummeling grinds down to a halt and senses are washed away with the anti-meter guitar grind and psychotropic outcries of "Dysphoria".
